This is how it works

The pawn credit is a suitable means to bridge a short term lack of liquidity. For long-lasting financing it is not the optimal solution. Through the deposition of security we offer you a pawn credit that will immediately be paid out in full in our pawn shop in Hamburg. The running time amounts to 4 months and can be extended anytime with the payment of interest and fees.

For the closure of the credit you simply need an identification document, passport or drivers licence.

Should you not redeem the pawned object, in order to cover the credit, we are lawfully obligated to auction off your possession, at best in Hamburg.

If the auctioning off results in a loss, we carry the risk. If there is a profit, this can be picked up with your pawn ticket in our branch. If you do not pick up the surplus within 2 years, we are obligated, according to § 11 PfandleiherVO (paragraph 11, pawn brokers regulations), to hand over the money to the tax authorities.
